These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77apc ("77apc", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 77apc website located at 77apc.bet and all services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"). - You must be at least 21 years of age. 77apc does not permit access to players under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any point during the account lifecycle.
- You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not open accounts on 77apc.
- You must not have previously had an account on 77apc that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms. Previous account closures initiated by 77apc for policy violations permanently disqualify re-registration.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details — including a mobile number you do not own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, another person. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder for their personal entertainment.
77apc reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. This may include government-issued identification or proof of age. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 77apc support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Accounts
Account Registration and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on 77apc. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77apc reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), forfeit any balances held within them, and take further action in accordance with the prohibited conduct provisions of these Terms. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
Registration Obligations
- You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that is in your name and under your active control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and withdrawal confirmation.
- You must choose a password that is sufficiently strong and unique. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. 77apc will never ask you for your password via any channel.
- You must notify 77apc support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
- All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must remain accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to update your account details promptly when they change.
Account Suspension and Closure
- 77apc may suspend or close your account at any time if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to other users or to the Platform.
- You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 77apc support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that are already being processed, provided that eligibility conditions were met when the withdrawal was initiated.
- In cases of account suspension or closure for breach of Terms, 77apc reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance pending investigation. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
Payments
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 77apc are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77apc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods — mobile wallet accounts, bank accounts, or cards not registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction on the deposit screen. These limits may be adjusted at 77apc's discretion without prior notice.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be made available from time to time. The availability of any payment method is not guaranteed and may be suspended without notice due to technical or operational reasons.
- Deposits are credited to your 77apc wallet after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 77apc is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network conditions.
- 77apc does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Any charges levied by your mobile wallet provider in connection with a transfer to 77apc are the responsibility of the depositing player and will not be reimbursed by 77apc.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 77apc reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
- Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all relevant rollover conditions may be withdrawn.
- 77apc aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes for standard bKash and Nagad transfers. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. 77apc does not guarantee a specific processing time for any withdrawal.
- 77apc reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request where unusual account activity is detected, where a KYC review is pending, or where the withdrawal amount triggers an internal review threshold. In such cases, 77apc support will contact the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
Promotions
Bonuses and Promotions
77apc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms set out at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring, trading, or selling bonus credits to another user is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 77apc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it suspects the promotion is being abused or exploited through coordinated or systematic play.
- Free spins credited as part of a promotion may be subject to game-specific restrictions. Any winnings derived from free spins are typically treated as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- 77apc reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings that were issued as a result of an error, system fault, or misrepresentation by the player. Winnings derived from a demonstrably unfair technical advantage will not be honoured.
Player Protection
Responsible Gaming Obligations
77apc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that support player wellbeing. - Deposit limits may be set by the player via account settings. Once a deposit limit is in place it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases, to protect players from impulsive decisions.
- Players may request a temporary time-out from the Platform by contacting support. During a time-out period the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals will be accepted. Time-outs are not automatically reversible and require a request to support to lift.
- Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 77apc at any time. Upon confirmed self-exclusion, the account will be closed and re-registration attempts will be blocked. Self-exclusion is irreversible and permanent.
- 77apc will never target responsible gaming tool users with bonus promotions or re-engagement offers. Players who have set deposit limits or are in a time-out period will not receive promotional communications encouraging increased play.
Conduct
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77apc Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and pursuit of any remedies available to 77apc under applicable law.
- Opening or operating more than one account on 77apc under any name, mobile number, or payment method, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
- Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players, to circumvent Platform security measures, or to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate the outcome of games or to exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. 77apc cooperates fully with relevant authorities in all investigations concerning financial crime.
- Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, identity verification, withdrawal requests, or any communication with 77apc support.
Liability
Limitation of Liability and Amendments
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77apc's liability to any user in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the net deposited balance held in the user's account at the time the claim arises. 77apc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of anticipated winnings, arising from: (a) service interruptions or technical faults beyond our reasonable control; (b) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; (c) any decision made by a user based on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any action taken by 77apc in the good-faith enforcement of these Terms.
Amendments to These Terms
77apc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 77apc will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an SMS to the registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
